Tan Sri Dato’ Hashim Meon

Tan Sri Dato' Hashim Meon, a Malaysian, is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Theta Edge Berhad. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), University of Malaya and a Master in Public Administration, University of Southern California.

He served the Malaysian Public Service for over 33 years since 1970 in several ministries and departments in various capacities. His last position was as Secretary General, Ministry of Defence, Malaysia prior to his retirement in September 2003. He also served as State Secretary, Selangor from 1995 to 1999. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Theta Edge Berhad on 1 July 2011.

Upon his retirement, he continued his service in the private sector and participates actively in a several voluntary and non-governmental organisations (NGO) related to leadership and strategy, mental health, human resource development and Islamic propagation and education.

Datuk Ahmad Badri bin Mohd Zahir

datuk ahmad badriDatuk Ahmad Badri is currently the Secretary of Strategic Investment Division at the Ministry of Finance. He has served for more than twenty (20) years in the Ministry of Finance, holding several senior positions.

Datuk Ahmad Badri was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director in Danajamin Nasional Berhad, on 25 June 2009. He is also a member of Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Board Investment Committee and Board Underwriting Committee.

Datuk Ahmad Badri serves on the Board of KL International Airport Berhad, DanaInfra Nasional Berhad, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor, and Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector. He is also a member of Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee.

Datuk Ahmad Badri holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Dato’ Syed Saleh Bin Syed Abdul Rahman

Dato’ Syed Saleh Bin Syed Abdul RahmanDato' Syed Saleh Bin Syed Abdul Rahman, a Malaysian, is the Senior General Manager of Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH). He holds a BEng (Tech) in Civil Engineering and Master in Business Administration from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom.

He has spent the last 20 years of his career actively involved in various fields such as corporate finance and services, fund management, business development, equity and property investments and hajj management.

From 2004 to 2006, he was given the responsibility to spearhead one of LTH's subsidiaries, Tabung Haji Travel & Services Sdn Bhd as its Chief Executive Officer. He represented LTH on the Board of the Minority Shareholders Watchdog Group from 2002 to 2004. He was appointed to the Board of Theta Edge Berhad as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2011, representing LTH.

Ahmed Abdul Khalid

Ahmed Abdul KhalidAhmed Abdul Khalid, a Malaysian, is the Regional Head of Coverage and Partnership for Asia at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia, Adelaide and is a member of the Australian Society of CPA as well as Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He joined ICD at its headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2007, before moving to Kuala Lumpur to head its regional office which was set up in 2011. He was responsible for setting up investment companies and financial institutions in several member countries in Asia and the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as advisory on relevant legislation amendments. He also sits on the Board of Directors and is an audit committee member for both Maldives Islamic Bank and Asian ReTakaful (L) Ltd.

He was previously with International Bank Malaysia Berhad before joining Malaysian Plantations Berhad (now known as Alliance Financial Holding Berhad) as the assistant to the financial controller. He later joined Alliance Investment Bank Berhad's Corporate Finance and Capital Market Division.
